BASIC            18% of gross after taxes

EXPANDED    20% of gross after taxes

DELUXE         18% of gross

BOOKING SITE PACKAGES

Our 3 listing package includes listing on popular travel booking site Airbnb as well as our two in-house booking sites, AlohaWaikikiVacationRentals.com and KuhioVillageRentals.com.  Only units on property at Kuhio Village may be listed on KuhioVillageRentals.com.

Our 33 listing package includes the above sites as well as other booking sites such as: Tripadvisor, Flipkey, Expedia, Homeaway and VRBO.

Our 51 listing package includes the above sites as well as other booking sites including:  Redawning, Tripping.com, Hometogo, Travago and BOOKING.com.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Payments we make on your behalf to the state for GE/TA as well as maintenance and lease fees and utilities are options only available with the PREMIERE commission rate plan.

PAYOUT/DISBURSEMENTS

We offer two dates for disbursements.  The best option allows for payment processing on the last day of the current month is which rents were collected.  The other option is standard property management payout date on the 10th of the following month.  Last day of current month will not occur for those who have not set up for electronic funds transfer (EFT).

DYNAMIC PRICING

Dynamic pricing allows for multiple dates within a given month to be priced on demand.  These prices can change several times a day.  Owners who have chosen Dynamic Pricing book more often.  Our optional Dynamic Pricing is only available as an add-on to your Airbnb listing.

OWNER PORTAL ACCESS

All clients will have access to the owner portal of our property management system.  This included booking calendars, stored forms and the ability to self book/block time on your unit's booking calendar.

​

PROFESSIONAL PHOTO SHOOT

Well will cover the cost of professional photo shoot of your unit.  Costs for a photo shoot generally retail at between $125-300.  This option is available exclusively to PREMIER commission rate plan clients.
