SPECTRUM CABLE & INTERNET

Spectrum is the primary cable and internet provider in Hawaii.  Most of our units feature this service with the exception of all units at the Waikiki Grand Hotel.

The following channel line up is effective July 2018 and may change without notice.

Below the channel lineup is more information on the operation of the cable tv and internet services.

OPERATION OF CABLE TV AND INTERNET 

If you are having connection issues with your cable TV, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the tv and the cable box are turned on.  The cable box has a white circle button that should be lit up.  If not, then press it once and it should light up. 

  2. Using small remote (if there is one) assure the input is set to HDMI1 (in most cases, a few might be HDMI2 but start with HDMI1). 

  3. Then using large remote (operates the cable box) press the CBL button at the top and then the top large button.  

You should now be able to change channels with the large remote.

If you are having connection issues with your Internet, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your device is able to connect to the router with the broadcast code.

  2. If not, remove all cords and power from the router for about 5 minutes.

  3. Re-attach all cables and power. Once connected it may take another minute or so to reset.

  4. Continue steps 1-3 until you are connected to the router with the broadcast code on the back of the door.

 

If you are connected to the router but still have no internet service, follow these steps:

  1. Remove all cables and power to the modem for about 5 minutes.

  2. Reattach all cables and power. Once connected it may take another minute or so to reset.

  3. Continue steps 1-2 until you are connected to the router with the broadcast code on the back of the door.
